The following terms must be met in order to maintain employment with Pacific West Moving. We run a structured business with a zero tolerance policy on no shows. We believe that if you no show for any reason aside from a bona fide emergency you can no longer work for Pacific West. In other words, one strike and you are out.

Pacific West Moving believes in rewarding our movers for great work. Movers who continue to go above and beyond will be rewarded with better pay, choice jobs, and possible stock options.

Movers must abide by the following:

• Always on time - Obviously there are exceptions such as 495 being closed. However, it is your responsibility to leave with enough time to arrive even in the event of traffic. It is also your responsibility to call the client if you are going to be late. Customers can usually handle a little tardiness IF they are informed.
  
  
• Always polite and respectful - Customers choose us because we offer great movers! Treat the client as you would want to be treated. "Yes sir" , "Hi Ma'am", etc. are always appreciated by the client. Joke with them, laugh, tell them stories, become friends...this is the Pacific West Moving experience. It also allows you to earn better tips!
  
  
• No smoking or cussing during a job - Clients do not want to hear about your sex life or other vulgar aspects of your life. Customers also do not want smoke anywhere near their belongings, so wait until the move is over!
  
  
• You are a representative of Pacific West - Its true, I promise. Be polite and give them a great move!
  
  
• Don't lose your head - Some customers can be annoying or pushy. Let it slide, continue being nice and doing your job. Chances are they are stressed from the move, it happens. Be nice, do what you do, and don't get mad.
