To find the right size truck for your needs Penske Truck Rental® has a truck size estimator which should help you determine, at least in close proximity, the size of the truck you may need. When in doubt always choose the next size up to ensure that everything will fit. Penske recommends the following:

• 12 ft. truck = 450 cu. ft.
• 16 ft. truck = 800 cu. ft.
• 22 ft. truck = 1,200 cu. ft.
• 26 ft. truck = 1,400 cu. ft.

Always remember to get furniture pads for your truck rental! You can never have too many, when in doubt rent as many as possible.
