How Does it Work?

• Once your paperwork has been completed and turned in we will schedule an interview at our Bethesda or Gaithersburg office
• If a successful interview is conducted and you meet our criteria an offer for employment will be made
• Once entered in our system you will be given access to the online datasbase which displays the upcoming jobs sorted by date, time, type of work, city and number of movers required
• You may choose a job that best suites your location and schedule. Once you ask for a job it is your responsibility to show up on time and ready to work
• A supervisor will be assigned to your first five jobs. A supervisor will train you on Pacific West Moving policy and procedure, answer your questions and help you establish yourself
• Once you have reached a novice level of expertise you are no longer required to work with a supervisor, this occurs once we know we can depend on your ability to get the job done in a satisfactory manner
