So you have decided not to use the traditional full service moving company and rented a truck instead, great work! Now you find yourself unwilling, unable or unmotivated to drive that large 26' rental truck across the country - Does this sound like you? Since 2004 we have been providing customers with a driving service option, but only recently have we created uniform rates based on the total mileage of your trip. This will allow you to effortlessly estimate your total driver price and check one more thing off your list.

Understanding Driver Rates
There are three rates for each service category which are explained below. In addition to these rates, customers are responsible for the truck rental, fuel, tolls (if applicable) and return transportation. We will always seek the cheapest and most effective return transportation method and will be able to quote the price for this method once we have your locations and estimated move dates.
1. Mileage Rate: This is the per mile rate charged by our drivers for their time and experience.
2. Per Diem Rate: The daily rate to compensate the driver for meals and overnight lodging while on the road.
3. Additional Day Rate: Each service category (based on total mileage) includes a set number of days for our driver to arrive at the destination. Should you require additional days beyond the amount included, the Additional Day Rate will apply for each day thereafter.
