Ideally all of our movers have flexible schedules, their own vehicles, cell phones, and the ability to perform the tasks required in a timely and effective manner. Characteristics we are looking for include responsibility, polite, friendly, problem solver, hardworking, and versatile. Each job has a different set of circumstances that our crews must adapt to, the ability to do so successfully is a key ingredient to all of our movers. We require all of our movers to be well spoken, groomed and presentable to the client.

What are the Duties Required?
Pacific West Moving, LLC requires movers to load or unload possessions from trucks, storage units and freight. Moving these items without damage to the items or to the property are extremely important and required to maintain employment with Pacific West Moving. Pacific West Moving requires all movers to be on time and in constant communication with the client and operations. Additional duties include light assembly, wrapping furniture with pads, insurance assessments, photo inventory and the ability to answer all of the clients questions. Supervisors are required to have all required paperwork signed, handle payments and coordinate any changes to the clients schedule.
